Hey Lovelies! I just heard about Lipice Blog Contest from their FB page here :

I thought since I love LIPICE so much, it is basically my necessity before I go to college every day. I don't think i can ever leave house without the gloss, or else i will have cracked lips which will definitely not look pretty :(

Plus, it makes my lips shiny and smells good, what else can get better than that?

Anyway, I recently went on a trip to Korea a.k.a my DREAMLAND, since as you guys know, i'm super into K-pop and Super Junior is obviously the best ^^

The weather there was pretty harsh and dry as it was the start of winter there. The air was humid and when the wind blew, you are literally frozen. But guess what, I was glad, actually SUPER HAPPY that i brought my saviour to Korea.

The LIPICE Color Lip Balm!

Credit to KBF for the picture, i wanted to show everyone the colours :)

I brought the Pretty Pink one to Korea and during those snowy days where it was as drying as ever, all i needed to do was to apply this lip balm on my lips to prevent them from cracking. I knew that my face needs to be properly moisturised before I step out of the hotel but to me, my lips were as important as that too. I feel complete after applying LIPICE color :) After that, i could just go about enjoying Korea without needing to worry that i probably looked like a zombie with terrible lips HAHA

Plus, Korea is the city where only the fashionable is able to survive, with makeup stores at every inch of the city. Just like in Myeongdong ^^

With that, I would like to say that LIPICE is the best companion ever throughout my trip in Korea and I don't know what i would do without it *haha so dramatic i know right*

But, thanks to LIPICE, i had a great trip in Magical Land without needing to worry or fuss over dry lips :)

Super Junior Yesung's Handel and Gretel Cafe - 55 Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul

Honestly, when I reached there, I was truly in heaven even from across the street when I saw the cafe HAHA! You guys already know how much I love Yesung! Meeting my in laws (LOL) is so scary and made me nervous like "WHAT IF THEY DON"T LIKE ME?" or "WHAT IF THEY DON"T UNDERSTAND WHAT I"M SAYING?". All these questions in my head was just crazy.

Anyways, I took a picture outside the cafe and as you can see in the picture I posted, Yesung Omma was actually looking at me while i took picture :) YAY! And then I went in, and Yesung Omma was at the counter looking at us, she's so pretty and looked so young and somehow I immediately had the courage to talk in Korean LOL.

This is what we talked about: ITS ALL IN KOREAN, BUT I TYPE IT OUT IN ENGLISH FOR YOUR CONVENIENECE OKAY? :))

Me : Yesung Omma, right?

Yesung Omma : Yes, I am :)

Me : Wow, you're so pretty! Annyeonghaseyo, my name is Kah Wai and we like Super Junior a lot, and we are Malaysian fans :)

Yesung Omma : Wow, oh yes! Thank you, thank you :)

Me : Anyway, this present here, can you please pass to Yesung Oppa? PLEASE PLEASE, I worked so hard for this present :) I ask for your help, Ommonim, please pass to him okay?

Yesung Omma : Yes, sure, I will pass to him :)

She took the present from me and then I opened it for her to see, (THERE WAS A CARD, TEDDY BEAR, TWO FOLDED ROSES and THE PHOTOBOOK inside).

She took the card and see, so I told her that it was a card for Yesung Oppa :)

Me : Once again, Ommonim, please please pass this to Yesung Oppa, okay?

Yesung Omma : Of course I will, don't worry :)

Me : Ommonim, can we take pictures?

Yesung Omma : Yes, okay :)

Me : Thank you so much for your help! By the way, can you sign this book for me?

Yesung Omma : Omo, i don't know how to. Wait for Yesung Appa to come back from washroom, okay?

Me : Okay, sure!

YAY! And then she took the present and kept it :) Anyways, I hope Yesung really sees it!

Yesung Appa came back and then he signed my book :)

Yesung Appa : Annyeonghaseyo, what's your name?

Me : Annyeonghaseyo, my name is KahWai *he wrote it down and I spelt it out for him*

Yesung Appa : Oh, KahWai *he said it in the Korean way, like Kah U-ai HAHA*

Me : Yes, that's right :)

After that he wrote everything in Korean in the book :)

Me : Abeonim, what is this? *points at Korean word*

Yesung Appa : Oh, this? This means "Yesung Appa" *he smiled cause i was so random*

Me : Oh, right right, sorry my Hangul is very bad :( But, I like Yesung Oppa very much :)

Yesung Appa : Oh, really? Wow, HAHA, It's okay, *he called the waitress who could speak a little English to come over*

Me : Please tell Yesung's parents that they are very nice and friendly, thank you! Oh, and please inform them that I got help from my Korean neighbour to write in Hangul in my photobook. So please pass it to Yesung Oppa ^.^

Waitress : Alright, sure.

The waitress then translated everything to both Yesung's parents who were standing there, smiling as I spoke English to the waitress LOL. The were so excited to listen to what I wanna say, I felt so honoured seriously :)

Me : Yesung Appa, can I take picture with you too?

Yesung Appa : Sure, let's take picture, where is good? Here or there? *he was referring at which part of the shop should we take the picture at*

Me : Here is good at the main counter :)

Yesung Appa : Oh, who is this? *he was referring to my mom who was standing with me*

Me : Oh, this is my mum :)

Yesung Appa : Ne, Annyeonghaseyo! Welcome!

Me : Ne, Kamsahamnida ^.^

And then, I realised that Jongjin (Yesung's dongsaeng) was also there and he was in the kitchen :) SO CUTE ^.^ The shop isn't that big, it's pretty cosy and cute, even the kitchen is tiny, just enough to prepare stuff :) And, Yesung Omma, Yesung Appa, Jongjin and a waitress was in the kitchen right behind the cashier. They just sat there and chat with each other. You can see everything in the shop, it's pretty tiny as I said :)

I ordered a Choco Latte, so I was standing at the counter ordering from Jongjin AHHHH :) And then, I asked him if I could use an old 10000 Korean Won, he was smiling and said "Yes, sure, of course you can". So damn cute cause I was being so silly LOL. Anyways, I saw this calendar on the counter and i took a picture of it. Jongjin Oppa saw and he took the calendar and pass it to me :) I was in heaven when he did that cause he is very cute as well OKAY!

I then started taking pictures around the cafe and then when my drinks arrive, Yesung Omma quickly passed me something, it was a sticker *refer to picture below* HAHA, i was gushing like a kid who just got candies but I still managed to say in Korean as I told her how cute the picture is and thank you so much :)

I sat down with my friends and drank my Choco Latte, it was okay, a little sweet for me though and then we had to leave for KBS Music Bank.

SO I WENT TO THE COUNTER WITH MY Unnie and said :

Me : Ommonim, we are leaving now :) Kamsahamnida!

Yesung Omma : Okay, take care, bye bye :)

My Unnie : Annyeonghaseyo *My unnie not that that good in Korean, she thought can use annyeonghaseyo to say bye too*

Yesung Omma laughed at my friend cause she's so funny :)

Me : Annyeongikaseyo Ommonim :)

Yesung Omma : Ye :)

My Unnie : Bye bye, bye bye :) Kamsahamnida!

Super Junior's Dorm - Seoul, Gwangjin-gu, Jayang 3(sam)-dong , The Sharp Star City Apartment, Building C, room 1101 & 1201

It was really cold when I reached there and my Korean tour guide immediately asked the security guard to open the door to let us in :) But, the security guard called up and then said that we need permission to enter and since we are a big group of 15 people, it's difficult to enter. SO, we said it's okay and just took pictures downstairs the apartment :)

It was so surreal to be there as I only saw it in pictures AND i was there for real :)))

SM Entertainment Building - 521 Apgujung 2 dong Kangnamgu Seoul

The building has a star, so pretty! When we reached, I was thinking, where IS THE SIDE DOOR that we always see in pictures? I thought they brought us to wrong building LOL, and then I started walking around the outside of the building and then I FOUND IT! Was so happy when I found it HAHA :) It was under construction but those Ahjusshi working there were nice to let me take picture YAY!

KBS Building Private tour & KBS MSUIC BANK - 18, Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, 150-790 Seoul, Korea

The first thing I did when I reached was to find KBS Cool FM a.k.a Sukira HAHA. I found it and saw so many fan signed outside the studio and the place where the fans had to stand to watch SUKIRA was outdoor NOT indoor! I was fooled when I watch SUKIRA online because I thought that the fans actually stood inside the studio but were only separate by a glass. They had a loud speaker outside the studio to communicate with the fans and it was freezing outside really :O

After that, we went on a private tour around KBS building by the KBS officials! I got some KBS magazines and some souvenirs for free :) When it was time for KBS Music Bank, we went in first cause we were like VIP guests while the other fans had to line up outside. LOL, i felt like a VIP MUAHAHA :)

We were seated at the third row from the stage and I saw Shinee Minho who was just staring at me, smiling, idk why! BUT I FELT HAPPY ANYWAYS :) *NO, I'm not cheating on Super Junior OKAY :)*

The music bank was awesome! I love Wonder Girls and SNSD and I got to see them live, amazing LOL :) And, from Music Bank, I like two new rookie groups which is APink (My My) and Double A (Because I'm Crazy). Incredible :)

SPAO Store - Myeongdong

I can't stop spazzing at SPAO LOL, SUPER JUNIOR POSTERS everywhereeeee :) WHEEE, in heaven LALALA! I took pictures with my husband a.k.a Yesung LOL. I'm a happy girl, I even got some stuff from SPAO, they aren't that expensive, i got a pink winter jacket! The one YOONA SNSD wore :)

Aladdin : The Musical Rehearsal

To be honest, I have not always been a big fan of musicals. Not to mention, my last experience watching a musical was plain boring.

So, to cut the story short, I decided to go for Aladdin : The Musical Rehearsal. I thought it would be a great experience since I've never been to a meet the cast session before. Plus i get to view how things are backstage :)

It was extraordinarily warm when we reached Sunway Lagoon and under the sweltering heat, I just wished to stay at home in the cool comfort of my air-conditioned room. Nevertheless, I endured the heat and within no time, we were led to the rehearsal room for the musical. It was a spacious area that was built for the musical, i was impressed and in awe.

Secretly, I suddenly wished i could be part of the musical, I love performing arts very much!

We were shown a few parts of the musical and it was like

as if I time travelled back to the time when I was a kid! The "genie" was incredible, you'll definitely regret it if you miss his antics :)

P.s : I heard that there will be a 3d effect on the magic carpet

at the musical, YAY!

FreshKon Alluring Eyes Cosmetic Lenses

Hi lovelies! So as you guys already know, I've been using semi-hard lens for almost a year now and it's been awesome :)

That's exactly why I was skeptical at first to try on the soft lens which are coloured as well. But, I decided to give it a try anyway, since no harm will be done.

As usual, I googled FreshKon Alluring Eyes Cosmetic Contact Lens and looked through all the colours that was available. The Eagle - Movie

Okay, The Eagle, the first time I read about it, I was pretty clueless what it was about.

To be honest, The Eagle sounds like a documentary or probably something on NatGeo. Pardon me for that. Then, i read the summary which lead me to the thought that it was just some boring show on wars and generals etc. But, somehow, I went on to watch the trailer as well and was taken aback by how mesmerising the trailer was. For a good 2 minutes, I couldn't set my eyes off it. =)

Put aside the good looks of Channing Tatum, this movie seems to be one on the MUST WATCH list with all the endless action and plus it's about Rome. I've always been curious about Rome's rich history and all the myths related to it, I find it very interesting somehow. =)

An hour of dancing does help to put one's mind at ease. They say, dance your heart out. It actually works for me. I'm not talking about ballroom dancing etc. but those with vigorous steps and loud music. Preferably blasting music straight out of your iPod. =) It is in a way, soothing really. It is not a calm and quiet feeling, but more to how you're in control for that minute.

And, best part is, you know NO one can break you anymore.

Simply because you're not a fragile doll.

Okay, I have so much to say about today! I sound like some overexcited kid. It started out kind of bad, thanks to the *insertnamehere* sickness. But, Galactic Laser with the rest of Advertlets bloggers was awesome. =D Look, I haven't had this much fun since prom, so I am not to be blamed for being super excited. But, the staffs there must really like this particular Korean group. Well, it was just their music videos the whole day. It sure reminds me of someone, awkward really.

But the missions were fun except for the first one where I was completely blur on how to use the laser gun and ended up the last. Super sad. But, in the next one, I was third. Score! So, that kind of made up for the terrible loss in the first one. Teehee =D It's really nice especially when you're at a face off with your 'enemies" and the lights on their laser jacket goes off first. Super duper awesome feeling! =)

You know what, kah wai, this is it. You gotta stop connecting. It IS that final stage, so for god's sakes, stop hoping for the impossible. I'm so disgusted with you, do you know that? I feel like throwing up when I think about it. Every single time I want to let it go, I hear this voice telling me to hold on. I'm not being cliche, mind you. I'm such a mess, I bet you're glad now, aren't you? I thought I could get through it after SPM but i guess I was very wrong about that. You know, I wished I've never met you. If that is even possible.

Oh, it’s another movie preview! By Advertlets!

So, what must I do to participate in the contest? I’ll have to answer these following questions;

i) Tell us how you’ll stand out by being THE OTHER GUYS.

ii) Being THE OTHER GUYS (outcasts) have its own advantages… Tell us why!

Okay, to be honest, I actually thought that "The Other Guys" was a romantic comedy when I first saw the advertisement in the newspaper. After watching the trailer, I found out that it is an action movie. Being the other guy might seem like a pretty pathetic thing but every cloud has its silver lining, eh? Okay, I'd better stop being philosophical. I'm not being self obsessed here but my friends do refer me as kiasu and pretty much, I think I can stand out being the other guy. By being the other guy, I can do step out of my shell and do stuffs I'd never dream of doing. =) Being an outcast is useful especially when you are engaging in a top secret mission which require you to be out of the limelight almost all the time. Personally, I love adventures and if you're out to look for someone to find some hidden treasures, wait no further for I'm here. =) To me, if you're always in the spotlight, engaging in a little adventure would be difficult as paparazzis will be trying to snap quality pictures of you wherever you go. *starts singing* I will follow you, follow you wherever you may go, there isn't an ocean too deep.... So, being the star of every show is not good in all situations, there are times when you need to step out of it and be yourself.

Honestly, I don’t remember when was the last time I stepped into the cinema. Yes, it has been that long. God, I feel like such an anti-social. Well, let’s just say I’ve been pretty caught up with my studies lately which would explain why I haven’t been able to catch a single movie. Guess what, I haven’t even watch Twilight; Eclipse.

So, anyway, I have managed to get my hands on ‘The Switch’ tickets from Advertlets. I didn’t even know it was a preview screening until my sister told me. Check out her post about the screening here.

Overall, I thought the movie was okay. Nothing fantastic, but a nice movie to watch. Certainly helped me de-stress. Thanks Advertlets once again.

Yes, it's the first day of Chinese New Year. I know, everyone is having fun while I sit right in front of my (beloved) computer blogging. I'm not complaining or explaining how pathetic this is. I've discovered recently that I like moving around a lot. In short, life in the fast lane. I can't stand idling around or taking short Sunday strolls because they bore me. I think this is very ridiculous. Yes, I'm very traditional but sometimes, traditions may get a little out of hand. It's really all in the head. I'm not suggesting we should go all out banning traditions because as I said earlier, I love traditions. I want to have wonderful reunion dinners and visit the temple to usher in the New Year right after the dinner. I've learnt to rejoice in simple things and be grateful for everything I have. I may be missing something so badly right now, but since I'm left with nothing but memories, I'm going to wait patiently for next year to arrive. I know it will, sooner or later. Right now, we'll make it through no matter what. Fight or kill, we'll still make it through, right, K? How did this become such a violent post when it started with me being emotional? I'm off to have dinner with family friends, I've decided, my Chinese New Year just started.

Who said we were the oh-so-not united people? It’s been so long since I last went to Tharine’s house. The last time was in Standard 6, I think. Anyway, as usual, I reached early at 6.30 pm. There was no one there yet, even Tharine was still upstairs. I think I saw Siew Jin’s brother in the other hall but I thought it wasn’t him because Siew Jin wasn’t there. Yeah, then, the Almighty Derrick came. Surprise, surprise. I actually thought he wouldn’t come.

The power of love, indeed. Yes, if you were wondering, it’s finally the day I had been waiting for. I couldn’t sleep last night because I was either too nervous or too stressed. To which I don’t even know why because I wasn’t even the one getting married.

You know, I had a really funny feeling when I was walking down the aisle. Everyone was looking, some envious, some happy, some tired. I didn’t know there were so many procedures for a church wedding. But, everything was perfect. The atmosphere, the people and the positive vibes in the church. But, I really pity the bride. She told me that her earrings and hairdo were heavy and they were hurting her. The amount of pins were uncountable. A huge stack of them. OMG.

We came back around 4 pm. I was so tired. I just washed all the hairspray out of my rock-like hair. It was so painful. Imagine trying to soften something extremely hard. I slept for what seems like 5 minutes but in reality, it was actually an hour. I had to go to the restaurant a little earlier than the rest since I am the bridesmaid. I reached and went into the bride’s changing room. I helped to put on her jewelleries and then I went out to the registration table. It was so much fun to sit there and assign the guests to their respective tables. Annie and I were really busy basically, but it was my first time doing it. The dinner started and the food was really good. But, I enjoyed the company the most. Juicy gossips were literally flying across the table. Everyone was joking and laughing, it was really long since we last did that. As you all know,

I ‘m closer to my dad’s relatives compared to my mom’s. It’s been ages since I had real fun.

But, yesterday was exceptional. =) To top it all up, I would say that 19 September had been one of the greatest days I had so far.

Warning: This post is definitely going to make you upset and dejected. So, I recommend that you don't read it if you are in an extremely pleasant mood today. -KahWai-

You feel as if everyone is against you. You try to convince yourself that people are probably not in a good mood. You happened to be be there, just at the wrong time. Anger directed at you. But, so what? If only I could take it that way. I feel so useless. Lying around all day, wasting precious time. Having nothing but memories of happier times when I was part of it. At times, I actually think I have an awesome life. However, at times, I feel as if someone threw me down the building, stabbed me with a knife and then threw me into the drain. It's a little gruesome, mind you, I ain't sadistic.

I slept and I woke up. But, I still felt it in me. This melancholic feeling. Overpowering every single happy cell in my body. It dawned upon me that the epiphany I had been having all week was true. It wasn't my fault, it was basically everything around me. When one closes the door, I just walk away pretending I'm happy. The truth is, I'm not. I was dying to scream and tell you that I'm not okay. But, I didn't have the heart to do so, of course. What if everyone left one by one? I don't know.

I don't need teddy bears or chocolates. I need something. Something solid and real. I don't want it to end.

And so, we sang.

All the races coming together as one. It's actually a sight to behold. Capture it and put it in your heart. Forever, it remains. I'm glad we made it through. Although the planning were a teeny-weeny last minute, we managed to put on a good show, didn't we?
However, I did crash a class full of half dressed people. I didn't realise, seriously.
D and KM screamed. Then, I was like "oh, shit, screwed." And, I had to stand outside our class with both of them. Best part, I was wearing cheongsam with black socks and shoes. My heels were in class and I didn't manage to take it out. I was like "oh, crap". Damnnn.

Anyway, it's kinda hard to sit in cheongsam. The slits are freaking high. I have to use Val's shawl. Thanks VAL. =) Damn. It would never see daylight anymore. Pictures later, I need to grab it from syara, tharine and derrick.

By the way, I'm so addicted to dogs. I know that it can't be an addiction but don't you find them adorable? With their pleading eyes, begging you to touch their soft fur. I swear that I would get a dog in the future. Definitely a maltese. 100%. Maybe a poodle. But, I have to send it to the pet grooming centre rather frequently to trim the fur.

I am sitting at home staring at the computer screen, wondering what I should be typing.

It's precisely 25 minutes more to the 52nd Merdeka Celebration. What am I doing here exactly? Thanks to the stupid, damn H1n1. That's the reason why we should stay at home and die of boredom. =O This is the first year I'm staying at home on the eve of Merdeka. How anti-climatic. This sucks. I know I'm being an extremely whiny brat, but I'm bored. Don't blame me. =P

Why can't someone just tell me where I went wrong? Why does everyone like to hit me harder when I'm at my lowest point? Have you lost hope in me? Or have I disappoint you greatly as a failure? I feel so dejected and lifeless. Now, I know why people commit suicide. It's not that they are just a bunch of useless people who doesn't appreciate things given to them, but rather a bunch of nice people who are never appreciated and are taken advantage of. For the first time, I'm depressed and as I weep silently on my pillow, I think about how I am so similar to Coraline. Now, I long for someone to grab me away and never return me to this evil world.

An understatement, clearly. All undone chores had began to pile up once again. But, I don't wish to turn back time.

The joyous occasion calls for a celebration. For a start, shopping would be therapeutic. But, when you actually check the price, it's going to be a stressful moment. That's life, isn't it?

You try and try for numerous times until you could not try no more. You need to crack the codes to prove your might. But, it all comes crashing down when you fail to do so. All you're waiting for is just a text that will possibly never arrive. So, you're left cold and alone in the darkness, staying only in the shadows.

Life is A Maze, Love is A Riddle

True enough. But, I am damn sure that there were times in which I got lost in the maze. Twice at the very least. I have got lost in the maze. Nevertheless, I always find my way out. A fact, not myth obviously. Often enough we blame others for mistakes we had done. That’s exactly where we had gone wrong. Never be afraid to admit it. I’m not bias, I’m just stating the obvious. I had been self obsessed almost all my life, not major but still a hint. I am self conscious and because of that, I fell down the stairs which doubled the embarrassment. Imagine the horror of falling. But, I am glad I did fell on that day because I realized it’s not just about me every single time from that. It’s more about us, the world and others. Love is a riddle, damn. I am bad at them. But, nevertheless, I consider myself lucky. Thank the years I had been trying to finish crossword puzzles and solving riddles. Mind you, I have never finished them.

You stand there as 'it' floats away waving goodbye at you with the smile that you wished you never saw.

Isn't it scary to run away from something you are so sure is terrible yet you're not convinced that it is the right move? All because you try to remind yourself that it isn't real. You try so hard that your brains could probably burst right through your head and the gory tiny bits from it will spread across your perfectly ironed cotton shirt. After a few seconds, you cry in dismay because you realize that it was the only shirt you had. You shake it off by reminding yourself that you are still alive and there are more to come from it.

The scariest part is not that, in fact. It was definitely something, or perhaps it was a little thing to remind me that things can change within a blink of an eye. As much as I try to dismiss that fact, it keeps haunting me, unfortunately. I am not very lucky in this matter. A weighing scale would be appropriate in this situation or rather, a schedule. It must be due to the time I spend thinking of it generally. It is definitely time for me to rectify it. I'm glad it is soon.

Convincing myself had been my hobby these days. How productive, you say.
